The hotel guarantees rooms to be ready for check in at 4PM every day. If you arrive before that, the staff will process your check in and store your luggage until a room becomes available. The only way to guarantee a room is ready for you before 4PM, is to purchase the room for the night before your arrival day. The hotel does not offer half-day or partial-day rates.
