Shuttle service from surrounding airports is provided by several outside companies. Everything from scheduled bus transfers to private Town-Car service are available either booking in advance or through our Front Desk. Reservations are required in advance for van or town car services.

ART Passes may be purchased at the hotel front desk or from other convenient pass sales outlets. Drivers do not sell passes. Ticket prices subject to change.

Skip the lines for strollers and mobility scooter rentals at the park and have them delivered right to the hotel! Plus you get the benefit of using them for the trips back and forth from sightseeing or shopping and dining around the Anaheim Resort. See our Front Desk for rental details.
We work with a partner company that can drop off an electric scooter at our Front Desk for your use, and pick it up from the Front Desk after your stay. You will be able to use this the entire duration of your stay if you need, and at the end of each day we can charge it for you in our luggage room. To obtain a Scooter or wheelchair for use during your stay, arrangements can be made by contacting our Front Desk at 714.776.6120.
Renting a stroller for use during your stay can be arranged in advance through our partners at www.citystrollerrentals.com. Remember, if you rent a stroller at the Disneyland Resort, you’ll still need to get that sleepy child back to the hotel. City Strollers offers convenient drop-off and pick-up.
